A sexual assault investigation is underway at the University of Central Arkansas.

According to a campus police crime log, a report was filed on Monday morning about an incident that occurred at the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity house early Sunday morning.

The crime is described on the police log as rape, oral or anal intercourse, forcible compulsion.

An alert sent out by the university states the suspect was not previously known to the victim.

The chapter has agreed to suspend all activities until an investigation can be completed.

The UCA Police Department says there have been three reports of sexual assault on campus this school year and five reports in 2017.
