UAMS Hosts Free ‘Teaching With Technology’ Symposium July 26-27

Educators from across Arkansas are invited to attend Teaching with Technology, a free symposium to be held July 26-27 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and designed to provide new tools and ideas for teaching in the classroom or online.

This year for the first time, the symposium is offered at no charge to the public. It is for educators and trainers at all levels and in all disciplines. To read the full program agenda and to RSVP online, go to www.twtsymposium.com.

The 12th annual event will be in the I. Dodd Wilson Education Building. It is organized by the UAMS Teaching with Technology Committee, with participation by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and eVersity.

“The symposium continues to be successful in helping educators throughout the state stay up to date and even get ahead in using technology to enhance student engagement,” said Jan Hart, a member of the UAMS Teaching with Technology Committee.    MORE
