U.S. Highway 67 Traffic Shift In Jacksonville

Construction work on U.S. Highway 67 requires lane closures in Jacksonville, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation officials.

Weather permitting, beginning Monday, May 14 and continuing thru Friday, May 18, southbound traffic will be temporarily reduced to one lane between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. from Main St. to Redmond Rd to allow for removal of barrier wall and installation of final pavement markings.  Once complete, all southbound lanes and the Main St. entrance ramp to southbound U.S. Highway 67 will be open to traffic.

Traffic will be controlled with signage and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ArkansasHighways.com. You can also follow us on Twitter @AHTD.
