Student Admits To Planning School Shooting

A former Conway High School student has admitted to planning a school shooting.

On Tuesday in Faulkner County Circuit Court, 20-year old Daniel Douglas Croslin pled guilty to a felony count of making a terroristic threat. Croslin admitted that he wanted to “scare” and “freak out” students.

Log Cabin Democrat reports Croslin’s plan was discovered when he checked himself into the psychiatric ward at UAMS Medical Center after a drug overdose in August 2018.

He told hospital staffers about his plan and said he was angry because he was bullied in school. The hospital told authorities that Croslin was serious about the plan and he was arrested.
