State Plant Board Selects Scott Bray To Be The Director

LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Agriculture Department’s Plant Board met June 11th and took the following action safter hearing reports and recommendations from committees:

  • The board unanimously voted to select Scott Bray as the Director. Bray has served as the Assistant Director since last August.
  • The board approved proposed rule changes to the Industrial Hemp Research Program that include clarification of terms, an explanation of timelines for the application process, and additional and increased fees associated with the program.Read full details of the proposed rule changes here.
