Splash And Dash And Adult Super Sprint

The 8th annual Bad Boy Splash and Dash and Adult Super Sprint Triathlon has registration options to fit all ages, fitness levels, and family needs.  Kids 5-18 can swim, run, and splash.  All participants will receive a finisher’s medal, t-shirt, and entry to the waterpark.  Younger children and families can show their support by registering for the waterpark only option.  This covers their entry to the waterpark and gives them the option to buy a t-shirt to support the Literacy Project.  If you aren’t into sports or are unable to compete, please consider our virtual race.  You can participate from your recliner or walk, run, or roll on your own.

Save $15 when you pre-register for the Adult Triathlon or save $5 on the Kids Splash and Dash when you register now!  Look for your school or college’s team to save more, or sign up for the virtual race for only $10!

Proceeds from the Bad Boy Splash and Dash and Adult Super Sprint benefit the Ozark Foothills Literacy Project, a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving adults in Independence, Fulton, Sharp, and Izard counties who are learning to read and write or to speak English.  The Literacy Project serves over one hundred students per year in Batesville alone and operates family literacy programs as well.

This year’s race will be held at the new Batesville Community and Aquatics Center on July 13th.  If you’d like more information on the Splash and Dash, run only, waterpark only registration, or the virtual race, please visit runsignup.com and search “Bad Boy Splash and Dash.”  All donations are welcomed and are tax deductible.

OFLP is a member of the Adult Learning Alliance, Proliteracy, and North Central Arkansas’s United Way.  Office space is generously provided by Citizens Bank.  To learn more about the race or OFLP, please contact Morgan Reed at 870-834-2810, info@oflp.org, or visit www.myoflp.weebly.com.
