Trial dates have been set for a White County woman accused of stealing $360,000 from her employer.

51-year old Diana Woodle, of Searcy, is facing a felony theft charge dating back to the years she served as manager of the Southeast White County Water Association.

17th Judicial Prosecuting Attorney Becky McCoy charged Woodle after both a state police investigation and a state audit revealed misuse of a company credit card and unauthorized paychecks issued to Woodle.

Officials say a plea deal is in the works, but should one not be reached pre-trail for this case is set for January 3rd with a jury trial to take place the week of January 8th.
