Searcy City Center Ribbon Cutting

On Thursday, October 12th, 2017 at 2:00p.m.,  Robert Buchalter and Capital Growth Buchalter, Inc  along with the City of Searcy will welcome Mayor David Morris, City Council, City Staff, Dr. Bruce McLarty-President of Harding University, Searcy Chamber of Commerce  and other Searcy officials and members of the community for a ground breaking ceremony at the construction site of Searcy’s newest Retail/Commercial Development. With the development of the Searcy City Center, there is to-be-constructed a retail power center development located in the heart of Searcy, Arkansas, 50 miles north of Little Rock. With a population increase of 17% since 2000, this class “A” project will fill a retail void, bringing quality shopping to the heart of Searcy. Located less than a mile from Harding University, one of the States most prestigious Universities, Searcy City Center is conveniently positioned along E. Beebe Capps Blvd., one of the city’s main thoroughfares, with direct visibility from U.S. 67/167. The development’s tenant lineup includes national retailers such as Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Ulta, Shoe Department Encore and Petco.

Robert  Buchalter states that the Site Plan for the Searcy City Center was designed to create a sense of place and charm that will be part of Capital Growth Buchalter’s new Retail/Commercial Development. Capital Growth Buchalter, Inc.,a Real estate investment and development firm with offices in Birmingham, Alabama, Boca Raton, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee looks forward to this development with much enthusiasm. With the City of Searcy recently experiencing a new economic revitalization, this retail shopping center will provide a wealth of jobs for the local population. According to Mr. Buchalter, Capital Growth Buchalter has had it’s eye on this site for quite some time. Clearly on the leading edge of Retail/Commercial use development,  Searcy City Center will bring to Searcy a dynamic new sense of place.
