CrainMedia

The Faulkner and White County Quorum Courts have regularly scheduled monthly meetings today.
The most interesting topic of the justices will be an emergency ordinance establishing rules and procedures for filing an application for a private club permit in the unincorporated area of White County.
Other agenda items in White County: reading and disposition of minutes, and Treasurer Janet Hibbitts monthly report.
The docket also sees several appropriation ordinances, and an emergency ordinance approving the purchase of four new tandem-axle dump trucks at a cost of $493,000.
A routine agenda awaits the Faulkner County Quorum Court.
Among the items standing committee reports and county officers report.
New business on the docket sees the Legislative Audit Review and an appropriation ordinance to amend and supplement a December 19th Faulkner County Ordinance.
Tonight’s meeting, begins at 7:00pm in Courtroom “A” of the Faulkner County Courthouse, 801 Locust Street in Conway. INFO
