July 25, 2019
CrainMedia

Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce announces Circuit Judge David Goodson has set the arraignment of Rebecca O’Donnell for next Tuesday, July 30th, at the District Courtroom located at the Randolph County jail in Pocahontas beginning at 10:00am.
The 48-year old O’Donnell, of Pocahontas, is the woman accused in the death of former State Senator Linda Collins and is formally charged with capital murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
Authorities arrested O’Donnell on June 14th, 10 days after deputies in Randolph County discovered Collins’ body outside her home in Pocahontas.
