Novice Lottery Player Claims $1 Million Lottery Prize

LITTLE ROCK –on Thursday a 28-year-old White Hall woman, who only has played the lottery twice, claimed a lottery prize of $1 million. Shayla Burton’s win came from the $20 instant-ticket game, Ultimate Millions.

The top prize amount for Ultimate Millions is $1 million. Two top prizes now remain on that ticket.

Burton purchased the winning ticket from Sam Food Mart, 100 W. Grand and Division Street in Humphrey Wednesday. Burton was with her father, Leslie, who has been playing the lottery since 2009.       MORE
