A former Conway High student accused of making plans to shoot up the school has pleaded not guilty.

On Monday, 19-year old Daniel Douglas Croslin pled not guilty in Faulkner County Circuit Court to one count of criminal attempt to commit terrorism. That is a Class A felony punishable of six to thirty years in prison.

Log Cabin Democrat reports if found guilty, Croslin could also be ordered to pay a fine up to $15,000.

Formal charges were filed against Croslin on Friday.

His next court appearance is scheduled for November 13th in the Faulkner County Circuit Court for a pretrial hearing.
