June 12, 2019
CrainMedia

Faulkner County Sheriff’s officials say a level three sex offender was arrested yesterday, after an anonymous citizen provided information saying he was living at a residence next to a school while he was registering as “Homeless”.
Authorities say 24-year old Edward Clark Garner faces numerous felony charges including Failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements; Registered Sex Offender living near school, public park, youth center, or daycare; and Registered Offender-Incorrect permanent physical address on identification cards or driver’s license.
The anonymous tip was confirmed due to Garner being arrested in Jacksonville on Saturday charged with registered sex offender prohibited from entering a water park owned or operated by local government. MORE
