Izard County Arrests

According to Chief Deputy Earnie Blackley, Kevin Barnes age 28 of Koshkonog, MO was arrested by Deputy Toby Smith for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft by Receiving, Possession of a Defaced Firearm and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Barnes was incarcerated and bonded on a $15,000 bond. Barnes is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on January 2.

On October 8 Terry A. Johnson age 69 of Oxford was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for Theft of Property, Theft of a Firearm, Breaking or Entering, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person. Johnson is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $40,000 bond.

On October 9 Charlie Wayne Crider age 58 of Melbourne was arrested by Sgt. Mark Simino for Arson. Crider is incarcerated in the Izard County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Crider is scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on November 13.    MORE
