Imminent Breach Of Lollie Levee

Lollie Levee

The Faulkner County Office of Emergency Management says conditions at the Lollie Levee have deteriorated overnight.

The Conway Fire Department and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are recommending the evacuation of all residents in the Lollie Bottoms area.

With a recent decrease in the river level, the size and location of the imminent breach, along with the inundation projections, authorities do not anticipate a rapid, nor large, influx of water affecting the city of Conway.

Please be advised no one in Conway needs to evacuate. Only those in the Lollie Bottoms area.
