Harding University Announces New Executive Chef

Harding University announces the appointment of Anthony J. Tally as its new executive chef. Tally is responsible for directing the University’s dining program and for creating and executing the menu of catering events such as weddings, formal dinners and special University programs. He most recently served as executive chef at the Verizon Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where he worked for the last 10 years.

“The addition of Chef Tally to our Harding dining team is significant for the University,” said Lou Christopher, senior food service director. “His fine dining background, extensive experience and high-quality standards have already made a positive impact on both our residential dining and catering programs.”   MORE
