Agenda

Batesville, Conway, Searcy City Councils, Conway and Greenbrier School Boards all have regularly scheduled meetings today.

Batesville agenda items include: a second reading of an ordinance to amend the residential curbside waste pickup ordinance, consideration of an ordinance adopting the rules and procedures for the transaction of business of the council and consideration of an ordinance to waive competitive bidding on certain items in 2019.

The docket also sees Police Department report, Engineers Report and comments from citizens.

This afternoon’s meeting begins at 5:30pm at the Batesville Municipal Building 500 E. Main Street.

On the Conway City Council Agenda: A resolution adopting the organizational rules and procedures for the City Council FY2019, consideration to approve a nomination to the Oak Grove Cemetery Board, consideration to approve the transportation services agreement with Boys & Girls Club of Faulkner County, Faulkner County Council on Aging & Independent Living Services, and an Ordinance to approve the private club permit for Foghorn’s on Sanders Road.

The docket also includes ordinances to waive bids and accept grant proceeds awarded to the Conway Fire Department Bomb Squad; approving asset forfeiture funds for various purchases for the Conway Police Department; and appropriating reimbursement funds from various entities for the Conway Police Department.

Searcy City Council meets in the Council Chambers of Searcy City Hall, 401 West Arch Avenue beginning at 6:00pm.

Conway School Board agenda items include: approval of several petitions for transfer, board member training hours report and board financial report and a summary of proposed policy revisions.

The Greenbrier School Board also meets beginning at 6:00pm at 4 School Drive, in Greenbrier.
