Governor Asa Hutchinson has announced his intent to grant 12 pardons, 2 firearm rights only and 1 commutation. An additional 62 clemency requests were denied and 0 had no action taken.

Among the Pardons, Dickie D. Vosburg, Jr., of Mabelvale: Armed Robbery (Felony) (CR-76-65); Robbery (Felony) (CR-76-890).

This notice is issued based on the dates of convictions (1976 – Faulkner County; 1976 – Pulaski County), the fact that all terms of the applicant’s sentence have been completed and there have been no further felony convictions. The Faulkner County Prosecuting Attorney, the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney, and the Faulkner County Sheriff have raised objections to applicant’s request.   MORE
