Conspiracy To Commit Rape Arrests

On Monday, August 7, 2017 at approximately 10:45 a.m. the FCSO arrested 44 year old James Lindsey Short, of Little Rock, AR.

Short has been charged with one count of Conspiracy to Commit Rape, a class A felony, after allegedly arriving at a predetermined location near Greenbrier, AR to meet an underage female for sexual intercourse.

FCSO investigators began communicating with Short on or about August 6, 2017 after locating a suspicious online ad.

At the time of his arrest, Short was found in possession of a cellular device, a backpack filled with clothing, toiletries, and a tube of personal lubricant.

Short is out on a $50,000 bond with a court date set for 8/29/17.  This incident is considered under investigation.

Meanwhile, On August 9, 2017 at approximately 11:00 a.m. the FCSO arrested 45 year old Tracey Wayne Clark, of Conway, AR.

Clark has been charged with one count of Internet Stalking of a Child, a class Y felony, after allegedly arriving at a predetermined location in Conway, AR to meet an underage female for sexual course.

FCSO investigators began communicating with Clark on or about August 6, 2017 after locating a suspicious online ad.

At the time of his arrest, Clark was found in possession of cash, a silk bathrobe sash, a cellular device, a laptop, a tablet, various sex toys, sexual enhancement substances and lubricants.

This incident is considered under investigation. Clark remains locked up at FCSO Unit 2 with no bond amount or court date set at the time of this press release.
