CAPCA Commodities Distribution


Thursday sees the Community Action Program for Central Arkansas distributing commodities in White County.

Commodities will be given on a first come first served basis, with each household receiving 1 to 3 of each item while supplies last. You must have a declaration of household income and photo identification.

Distribution is from 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the National Guard Armory, 3105 S Main Street in Searcy.

Among the items: Applesauce, Peaches, Pears, Black-Eyed Peas, Diced Tomatoes, Grape Juice, Cream of Chicken Soup, Small Red Beans, Shredded Wheat and Turkey Breast.

REQUIREMENTSdeclaration of  household income and photo identification.  If you are picking up commodities for someone, you must have a signed and dated statement from that person giving you permission to pick up their commodities. You may pick up for only 1 other person.
