CADTF Recent Arrests

Christopher Harrison

Central Arkansas Drug Task Force has announced four recent narcotics arrests.

32-year old Christopher Harrison, of Judsonia, 41-year old Christopher Durham, of Searcy, 48-year old Scott Dunn, of Judsonia and 57-year old Terry Noggle, of Searcy, were all arrested for  possession of a controlled substance, Harrison and Dunn were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

On February 27, 2018 Central Arkansas Drug Task Force (CADTF) Interdiction Officer JOSH MIDDELTON arrested CHRISTOPHER HARRISON 32 of Judsonia, on Oakdale Church Road in Judsonia.  HARRISON was placed under arrest after a traffic stop resulted in the seizure of approximately 3.5 grams of suspected Methamphetamine. Harrison was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. HARRISON was released after first appearance where his bond was set at 5,000.00 dollars.

On March 1, 2018 Judsonia Police Department (JPD) arrested CHRISTOPHER DURHAM 41 of Searcy, after a traffic stop for failure to use a turn signal. DURHAM fled on foot and resisted arrest before being apprehended by JPD Officer JOE GOSSETT. DURHAM was found to be in possession of approximately 87 grams of suspected methamphetamine and 59.1 grams of suspected marijuana with a street value of approximately 9,000.00 dollars. CADTF were notified and took over the investigation. DURHAM was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, battery 2nd degree, fleeing and resisting arrest. DURHAM was released after first appearance where his bond was set at 5,000.00 dollars.

Christopher Durham

On March 2, 2018 Searcy Police Department (SPD) arrested TERRY NOGGLE 57 of Searcy after he was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Bald Knob. While placing NOGGLE under arrest he was found to have approximately 0.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine in his possession. CADTF Investigators were notified and took over the investigation. NOGGLE was transported to the White County Detention Center and charged with possession of a controlled substance. NOGGLE is being held without bond pending first appearance, where a bond is set by a Judge.

Terry Noggle

On March 3, 2018 SCOTT DUNN 48 of Judsonia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, after an investigation by the CADTF into a traffic stop on December 5, 2017 where DUNN was found to be in possession of approximately 0.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine. DUNN was transported to the White County Detention Center where he was released on a 2,500.00 dollar bond. DUNN is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Scott Dunn

All suspects arrested will be formally charged by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office upon submission of a case file by the CADTF.
