Busy Week For The CADTF

The Central Arkansas Drug Task Force has announced the arrest of six people on numerous drug counts stemming from the execution of a search warrant and two traffic stops all in the past week.
Last Friday, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Highway 267 in Searcy. Arrested were 27-year old Robin Redden, and 24-year old Joshua D Hill, both of Searcy.
Redden had approximately 2.7 grams of Methamphetamine while Hill had approximately 115.8 grams of Methamphetamine.
Last Saturday, Searcy Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Race Street and Oak Street. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit occurred. During the pursuit the vehicle slowed down and Officers observed 27-year old Meredith Woodell, of Searcy exit the passenger side of the vehicle and flee on foot.
The vehicle subsequently crashed into a pole in the area of South Pecan and the driver 37-year old Kenny Brown was arrested.
Police finding approximately 121.4 grams of Methamphetamine.
On Monday, CADTF Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested were 35-year old Antonio King and 25-year old Kali Whitlow, both of Searcy.
Officers located approximately 57 grams of Methamphetamine in the vehicle and a search of King’s residence resulted in the discovery and seizure of approximately 172 grams of Methamphetamine, a loaded pistol and $12,719 in cash.
Charges for the six include fleeing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, trafficking of a controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Total street value of the drugs confiscated is just under $41,000. MORE
