Beebe Police White County Circuit Court Sentencing Orders

Mayor Mike Robertson released the following White County Circuit Court Sentencing Orders pertaining to felony drug and misdemeanor drug related cases which were submitted by Officers of the Beebe Police Department.

On March 6th, 2018, John D. Mackey, 43, of Lonoke entered guilty pleas to two counts of Delivery of Hydrocodone. On 05/15/2017, the Special Investigations Unit conducted an undercover investigation which led to the “Delivery of 29 to 200 grams of Hydrocodone” by Mackey. He was sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with 12 months suspended. An additional undercover effort on 07/13/2017 led to the purchase of “2 to 28 grams of Hydrocodone” from Mackey. He was sentenced to 60 months in the ADC Community Corrections Center regarding count two (2).

On March 6th, 2018, Erika Shea Sexton, 26, of McRae, entered guilty pleas to “Possession of under 2 grams of Methamphetamine” and “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Inject Meth”. She was sentenced to 24 months on each count to the ADC Community Corrections Center with time to run consecutive on the paraphernalia charge. Sexton was arrested on November 18th, 2017 by Beebe Police Patrol Officers and Special Investigation Unit Officers.   MORE
