911 Coordinator Arrested On Child Porn Charges

The 911 coordinator for Van Buren County has been arrested on child pornography charges and told authorities he has been engaging in this behavior for 15 years, according to court documents.

Special agents with Arkansas State Police and U.S. Homeland Security arrested 36-year old Taylor Lei Fisher, of Clinton, on Thursday.

Fisher used an IP address, which was routed to the Internet at his father’s home in Shirley, to download some of the child pornography, according to an arrest report.

Fisher is formally charged with three counts of distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit content involving a child and was released on a $20,000 bond.

He was fired from his job by Van Buren County on Friday.
